EAF LF EQUIPMENT
With experience in supplying over 30 different Meltshop equipment; We can deliver high quality and complete equipment for EAF and LF investments and spares, Such as Upper and Lower Shells, Roofs, Elbows, Ladles, Tundish, Ladle Cars, Scrap Bucket Cars, Tundish Cars, Vacuum Tanks, etc.
HEAVY STRUCTURE
With Level-II welding engineers and in-house PT-MT-UT controls, we are experts on upper-class welding with full penetration, together with the capacity of oversize machining.
SPARE PARTS
From rolling-mills and melt-shops to transformer wheels, we do supply any spare parts with the original OEM design.
WATER COOLED PANELS
With a team of welders and workers manufactured over 10.000 pieces of water-cooled panels and ducts, we manufacture one of the best high-quality panels in the world, covered by special cap welding, camera control, high-pressure leakage, and flow test operations. We do also produce caps and elbows internally with the hot forming method.
MACHINED FRAMES
We supply motor basements, gearbox frames, machinery basements, RH Furnace bottoms, etc., with our high-quality welding and machining expertise for different industries.
ASSEMBLED MACHINES
From the procurement of commercial items for hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and refractory on-board assembly to mechanical montage, we can deliver complete machines after all required functional tests are performed.
Roller Tables, Strip Process Rolls are our specialty.
ABOUT
SFT was established in 2019 to provide European quality equipment and services to OEMs and Final Users operating in the Heavy Industry while competing with Asian and East European suppliers in terms of price and lead time. Even though we are a very young company, having been supported by experience from our founder and core team that has exported over 150 million dollars worth of equipment worldwide for over 100 big CAPEX projects, especially in the Steel Industry, to grow steadily and sustainably.
In parallel with the changing business environment and increasing pressure from the market for “fast-track” delivery, We are targeting to achieve the best possible lead times to deliver our orders with the help of our high-capacity supply chain.
